At Pop’s Studio, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital design templates and services. Since our products are non-tangible digital goods, delivered instantly upon purchase, we have a strict no-refund policy.
However, we do recognize that there may be exceptional situations. Please read the policy below carefully.
1. No Refunds on Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once a product is downloaded or accessed, you are not eligible for a refund.
This applies to:
- Elementor templates
- WordPress themes
- Digital design files
- Downloadable assets
- Any other instantly-delivered product
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted under the following exceptional circumstances:
- You were charged more than once for the same product (duplicate purchase)
- You purchased a product but never received access or download instructions
- The product was not as described and you’ve contacted us within 3 days of purchase, providing proof and screenshots
In these cases, please contact us at support@popsstudio.net with your order details. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
3. Services (Custom Work)
For any custom design or development services purchased through Pop’s Studio:
- A 50% upfront deposit is non-refundable once work has begun
- Full payments are non-refundable once the final project is delivered
- If you cancel before work begins, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment
4. Template Compatibility Issues
Please ensure your software and WordPress setup are compatible with the product before purchasing.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Incompatibility with your WordPress theme or plugins
- User error, like accidental deletion or incorrect installation
- Failure to read product descriptions and documentation
If you encounter a technical issue, contact us and we’ll try to assist or provide a working solution.
5. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)
To request a refund under the exceptions above, email us at support@popsstudio.net with:
- Your name and email used during purchase
- Your order ID or transaction number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Any supporting screenshots or documentation
We aim to respond within 2–4 business days.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. If you file a chargeback without reaching out first, we reserve the right to ban your account and deny future service.
